Stunningly beautiful hotel overall, is has friendly service and ideal location close to everything.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Big and quiet hotel, I loved the staff and location. The room was airy on the 4th floor.

Enjoyable and relaxing rooms, impeccable staff. In the good area with restaurants and bars near the hotel. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from mountaineer's cemetery. They made my stay luxury. The pool was clean and I had refreshing drinks in the pool bar.

The hotel was perfectly clean and the pool was lovely. Room was very pretty and panoramic, I loved it. The location was FAB, close enough to train station, ski bus.

Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Charming location, basic facilities. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. Our room was super and extraordinary. There were a supermarket and a shopping area around the hotel. Again, the venue was not too far away from ski lift zermatt. Service was efficient as we had expected.

Relatively quiet location, impeccably clean and old-fashioned place. There was lots of food for breakfast, including jam, milk, fruit, pastries and scrambled eggs. Pool was very clean and there was a lovely restaurant on site.

We thoroughly enjoyed location and service of this hotel. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. They have on-site restaurant called Cheese Factory. Thank you, we would love to come back.
